Do you have boatloads of scrap paper you need to use?
Go no further; make envelopes!
What you'll need:
A computer and printer (or paper you can use to trace the template by placing it on your computer screen)
Scissors
Glue stick
Pen/marker
Paper for your envelope (you can use magazines, old book pages, old calendar pages, maps, or paper bags)
Step 1:
Download and print templates these for the biggest, medium, and a wee envelope.
If you want to make more sizes, you can print the biggest envelope at 80% of the original size, or go even smaller. If you don't have a printer, just open the file and trace the template on paper with a marker.
2. Cut out the envelope template on the solid line
Step 3:
Place the template on the paper you'd like to use as your envelope; trace around the template.
Step 4: Cut out the envelope you've traced.
Step 5:
Using the dotted lines on the template as your guide, fold your envelope on the bottom and then on the sides.
Step 5:
Glue the sides to the outside of the bottom flap. Press. Fold down your top flap, and you've got an envelope!
